This half-afternoon single session (1:00-2:15 pm) is for the general user. This session will first cover the main screens, configuration and use of the Administrator’s Plus E-Mail utility. Focus will be placed on proper setup and configuration, creating and using groups, using "QuickMail", and email enabling reports. This session will then cover the Electronic Portfolio. New in version 4, Administrator’s Plus can now store virtually ANY digital file in a central "portfolio" for any student. Keep track of student projects, papers, progress reports, and transcripts while automatically linking any individual student reports in Administrator's Plus directly to the portfolio.
