This all-day session is for the beginner. It will introduce the new user to Administrator’s Plus, and cover the main screens and features of the Database Plus module. During this hands-on session attendees will learn how to add new students and staff, customize database fields, set up field validations and field types, enter and edit field data, inactivate students, organize page security in the Address screen, customize field layouts in the Address screen, learn to search and sort for reports, produce columnar lists and other types of reports. This session provides excellent preparation for newer users and those individuals who would like a strong foundation with the Database Module in Administrator's Plus. The slower pace will allow for hands-on activities and sufficient time to answer questions.
Offered twice. Attend this session on either Monday, July 21 or Monday, August 4th.
