AdminPlus Notify

This user guide will get you started with setting up and configuring AdminPlus Notify as well as guide you through the process of sending your first schoolwide notifications.

AdminPlus Notify gives you the ability to quickly notify thousands of contacts within your school community via email, text, and voice message, without the need to import data or leave Administrator's Plus. AdminPlus Notify is ideal for school cancellation and delays, emergency alerts, news updates and events, and attendance notifications.

Prerequisites Recommended
  • AdminPlus version 5.6.46.01 or later
  • Enhanced Security feature must be enabled
  • Contact Data Base
  • AdminPlus E-Mail module
  • Hosted or cloud

Having the Contact Data Base module maximizes the functionality and efficacy of AdminPlus Notify. With Contact DB, you can send text, voice, and email messages to all communication channels available for all of a student's given contacts. In addition, you can further narrow down which type of contacts are applicable for a given notification.
